PVC card is made of pvc material which is light, heat insulation, heat preservation, moistureproof, antiflaming. We always add stablilizer, lubricant, adjuvant, pigment, impact modifier etc when using. PVC card can be printed with different colorful images, so people always use it as promotion ways.

    Common use: gift cards, membership cards, business cards, medical cards, prepaid phone cards, portrait ID cards, key tags, calenda cards, hotel cards, RFID labels, IC cards, contactless cards etc. Even we can do some personalisation work on plastic card surface to enhance card characters.

• Text or number print: if your cards are acted as membership cards and you need put some members number or name on it, we can choose thermal printing or inkjet printing, it can be print on any position of the cards, but not too close the card edge.
  
  
• Barcode print: we can print different types of barcode according to your requirements and then you can use opposite scanners to read out the barcode data to system, generally barcode is printed on the middle of back side;
  
  
• Scratch panel: you always need to put a security panel on some pin code or password as security requirements, so we can choose scratch labels and thermal printing ways to cover the code,  it's always on the pin code on the back side;
  
  
• Signature panel: sometimes you may need to have a signature on the card surface, we can choose silk print the signature panel by special oil,it can be opaque and transparent; the size can be random according to your requirements;
  
  
• Magnetic stripe: it's widely used to store some important data. Magnetic stripe can be devided into high-co(such as 2750oe and 4000oe) or low-co(300oe), and also it has 3 tracks, also it has narrow stripes and can be on different positions, even one card can has more than one magnetic stripes;
  
  
• Embossing: as we know, our credit card has embossing numbers and characters on it, it can be divided into big embossing and small embossing, in order to keep good effect, we suggest big embossing numbers not over 19 characters (include space), and also it's better not too close to the edge, as emboss will cause the card surface a little curve;
  
  
• Hot foil stamping: Some customers choose hot foil stamping craft work to laminate on the card surface, it's shiny and looks cool, golden hot foil and silver hot foil are used widely;
  
• Carve: Some customers want to carve some numbers on the card surface especially smart cards,as it's not convenient to have thermal printing on smart cards surface as the middle inlay may cause the surface not flat, so carve is a good way to solve the problem if you have the code requirements.
  

    Also PVC card can have glossy surface or matt surface, even you can customize your card shape, we can produce metal moulds or knife moulds to cut the printed cards into different shapes, so that we can have a lot of good ideas, such as rulers, restaurant menus, hang tags, stand sign, cup mat, poker, mouse mat, transparent cards, plastic fan, wall picture, 3D picture etc. We have special topic about custom products (click to link)
